1999 Chrysler Sebring convertible

1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible

The 1999 Chrysler Sebring convertible offers a steady, smooth and nimble ride which gives a pleasant driving experience. It's not hard to see why this has been Americas' top selling convertible. Even on its third year of production, the Sebring still exudes elegance and the practicality of its price tag is only exceeded by the multiple features packed in it. An easy to prop rag top is a nice feature, all you need to do is push a button and you can shy yourself from the torrential rains or expose yourself to the bright sunlight. The previous year, the Sebring convertible had a multitude of refinements. This year, the model line has been streamlined, achieving a sleek, modernized style.

All Sebring Convertibles now come standard with the V6, the four-cylinder engine that came on the base JX model is no longer available. And many of the popular options are now standard on the base model JX. Plus, the 1999 Sebring convertible is distinguishable by the placing of a new winged badge. The 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible comes in three rims, the JX, the JXi and the JXi Limited. All of these trims are powered by Chrysler's 2.5 liter engine. A new Sentry Key vehicle immobilizer is presented to improve theft protection by requiring a computer match between the key and ignition before the car will start.
