Chrysler Sebring transmission

When the Chrysler Sebring first debuted in 1995, two engines were available,
the 4 cylinder and the V6, the V6 was provided with a four speed transmission
and the 4 cylinder was fitted with a five speed manual. Those days are gone now.
No Sebring has been equipped with a manual transmission again. Standard on all
Sebring's, from the convertible to the coupe and the sedan, is a four speed automatic
transmission.
The transmission determines which operation the automobile should do. It processes
the command done by the driver through shifting the transmission. This lets the
engine know what is expected from it and what operation should be done. Transmissions
are an integral part of an automobile, without a proper functioning one a nice
ride is out of the area. Some automatic transmissions are linked to a computer
to determine the best possible speed to use and the optimized usage of its power.
